This vinegar exhibits lower acidity and a bit more sweetness than a typical balsamic.  It will enhance salads and fruit, and is delicious over cheese. Try it drizzled over fresh sliced peaches, cantaloupe, and even ice cream. Pair with Lemon or Blood Orange EVOO.
